This Agreement governs your use of ControlledLogic's services for sharing certain data with third parties (the “Service”). “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to ControlledLogic, its affiliates, successors, and representatives.
By using the Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
This Agreement is in addition to other agreements that may apply to your ControlledLogic accounts. If there is a conflict, this Agreement governs the Service. It does not change disclosures or terms required by law. See www.controlledlogic.ai/privacy-policy for details on how we handle personal information.
The Service lets you authorize ControlledLogic to share account data (“Data”) with third parties (“Companies”).

By accessing to our products and services, including but not limited to the registration banners, you are giving us permission to share your data to our business partners, data analytic providers and any ControlledLogic's account subscribers and affiliates. If you do not wish to provide this authorization, please so not use our services. You must keep it accurate and updated. Some accounts or data may not be eligible.
You may authorize one-time or continuous sharing. Continuous sharing continues until revoked. You can revoke at any time on www.controlledlogic.ai. Revocations may take time to process and apply only moving forward.
After Data is shared, the receiving Company controls it. ControlledLogic is not responsible for how they use, protect, or distribute your Data. Review their privacy and security policies before authorizing sharing.
We may change or discontinue the Service or update this Agreement at any time by posting new terms at https://www.controlledlogic.ai/terms-and-conditions. Continued use means you accept the changes.
If you violate this Agreement, your rights end immediately and we may block your access to the Service.
We may notify you via email, text, mail, or website/app messages. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls/texts from us or our agents. Message and data rates may apply.
We may provide limited Service support, subject to our policies.
Any suggestions or feedback you provide become ControlledLogic's property. We may use them freely without restriction.
The Service is provided “AS IS.” ControlledLogic makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.
The receiving Company, not ControlledLogic, is responsible for how your Data is handled after sharing. We do not endorse or monitor Companies' use of Data.
You assume all risks from using the Service. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service. In states where limitations don't apply, our liability will not exceed $5.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ControlledLogic, its affiliates, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
This Agreement is governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict of law principles
You submit to jurisdiction in Ohio courts.Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210, for complaints. ControlledLogic owns all IP related to the Service, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Nothing in this Agreement grants you rights to them.
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. A waiver on one occasion does not prevent enforcement in the future.
